Buzzsprout hosts your audio files and publishes the RSS feed that podcast apps read. It walks new podcasters through getting listed in the major directories, then shows download stats by episode, app and location.

It adds optional extras on top of hosting: automatic transcripts, an audio cleanup add-on and an AI assistant that suggests titles, descriptions and chapter markers from the episode. These save time on the publishing chores that pile up after recording.
