About Riverside

Records remote podcast and video interviews in the browser, saving each guest locally on a separate track, with an editor built in.

Riverside is a browser-based studio for recording remote interviews. Guests join from a link without installing anything, and each person is recorded on their own device, then uploaded in the background. That local recording is the point: an unstable internet connection affects the live call but not the saved audio and video.

Each guest arrives as a separate track, which makes it easier to fix one noisy microphone or cut over someone talking. Riverside also has a transcript-based editor, automatic transcripts and tools that suggest short clips from an episode, so a small team can record and do a first edit in one place.

Check the current plan limits on recording hours and export quality before you commit, and test a short call with a guest on a weak connection to see how the upload behaves.
